Malaysia. We are providing both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork services throughout
Malaysia to our local and International market research agencies.
Our aim is to provide affordable fieldwork services to our clients without compromising on
quality of the fieldwork delivery. We believe the key in providing outstanding market research
fieldwork services lies in good communication between clients, our team and respondents.

Have an extensive experience in managing marketing research projects at prestigious market-oriented companies locally and internationally. This experience encompasses all aspects of the fieldwork process: assessing the business situation, identifying information needs, research design incorporating appropriate techniques (e.g. proper sampling, questionnaire design, fieldwork logistic set up and etc.). Have managed all phases of quantitative (surveys), qualitative (in-depth interviewing, focus groups), and secondary research (existing information), for both consumer and business markets, for products and services. Issues explored include customer and employee satisfaction, usage and attitude studies, tracking studies, segmentation, development and testing of new products and advertising.
